We offer a 14 day returns policy. If you wish to return the goods please notify us via email to info@drikst.dog.
Customers should return items to us using their local postal service or an international courier.

• Please download, print off, and complete a return form if you do not already have one.
• Make sure the returned goods are properly packed, and meets all the conditions outlined below.
• Enclose the completed Returns form with your goods, and return to the following address:

Returning items from outside the EU please be sure to declare the goods as returns to the couriers/postal service.

• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and have an original price tag and/or packaging if applicable.
• We will not refund the any shipping costs.
• All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
• Please make sure the returned items are adequately packed to avoid any damage in transit.
• Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
• We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
• If returned an item from outside the Latvia, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. DRĪKST.DOG is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.

If you would like to exchange an item please notify us via email to info@drikst.dog. We can exchange your item for the same item of different size and colour or a different item. We offer a 14 day exchange policy. Please note that return postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you. Once this is received a new item is posted immediately. Please download, print off, and complete an return form if you do not already have one.

We aim to process returns within 3 working days of receiving them. As long as the returned items meet our refund criteria, your refund will be with you 48-72 hours after your return is processed, depending on your card issuer.
